Some more things we would need to add is, we want to track if they use our deal offer, we also want a report on tracking the salespersons costs what they estimated, vs actual also. (this one I know we have talked about but don't see on the list). How many quotes on material have been done, and if nobody is quoting on something(a lot), we want to know about that also. Some of these requests came directly from our owner of the company, let me know if you need more clarification on anything. Also, I look forward to hearing from you on the times you propose to meet, which maybe we can clarify also in that meeting.
