Purpose: The goal of the iteration retrospective (retro) is to support
continuous learning as a team. Within the retro, we look for ways to
improve the way we work.

Desired Outcomes:

*	Shared understanding of each other and our work practices.
*	Action items that were collaboratively generated to move our team
forward.

Process:

1.	At the beginning of the iteration, a poll will be created in Slack
to recommend retro topics. A reminder to participate in the poll will be
issued at mid-iteration and the workday before the retro.
2.	On the morning of the retro, the retro facilitator will select an
announce the highest voted topic/s. This will be the topic for the retro.
3.	During the retro:

a.	We’ll do a brief check-in exercise.
b.	We will gather data about the topic. This may include quantitative
data points, stories from experience, suggestions to solve a problem, etc.
c.	We will analyze the data and decide what (if anything) to do and
assign action items.
d.
