Spam Pre-Filter
Quick spam detection before LLM processing (non-aggressive)

Catch obvious spam before sending to LLM
The spam pre-filter is intentionally non-aggressive. It only catches obvious spam to save LLM processing time. The LLM makes the final categorization decision and can rescue legitimate emails flagged by the pre-filter.
Confidence threshold: 60% (flag as likely spam) | 90% (skip LLM entirely)
